Job Description
Local Landscaper Needed for Rental Properties We are looking for a dependable local landscaper to handle lawn care and basic landscaping at several rental properties in the area. Responsibilities Mowing lawns Weed trimming and edging Trimming bushes and shrubs Removing weeds, leaves, and yard debris Cleaning up overgrown yards Maintaining flower beds and improving curb appeal Completing occasional seasonal yard cleanups Requirements Must have your own lawn mower, weed trimmer, blower, hand tools, and other necessary lawn-care equipment Must have reliable transportation Prior landscaping or lawn-maintenance experience preferred Must be dependable and able to complete work without direct supervision Must provide before-and-after photos of completed work Must be available for recurring work as needed This is ongoing work maintaining rental properties in the local area.
