Overview Join our dynamic landscape team as a part-time Landscape Laborer and bring outdoor spaces to life! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, contributing to beautiful, well-maintained landscapes. You'll be actively involved in a variety of tasks that enhance the beauty and health of residential and commercial properties. If you're passionate about gardening, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance, this position is perfect for you! No prior experience is necessary—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a love for working outside. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns Help with tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Aid in hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls under supervision Conduct plant identification and assist with landscape design elements to support overall project goals Qualifications Must be dependable and show up on time Ability to work outdoors in Arkansas heat Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Valid driver's license preferred Experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in doing quality work Enjoys working outdoors Has a positive attitude Is reliable and trustworthy Wants to be part of a growing local business Apply today if you're ready to work hard, learn new skills, and help create beautiful outdoor spaces.
