What You'll Need:
Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus) Obtain toolbox and the required tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Willing to work overtime as needed Ability to complete: Thermo King Certi-Tech Certification (within 1 year)

What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, cab A/Cs, and diesel heaters Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs road service and join our on-call rotation (after training) Complete road service calls and participate in on-call rotation (after training) Meet standard repair times and keep work organized Operate tools, hoists, and shop equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment Why Work With Us?
