Duties Maintain garden beds by weeding, pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching to keep landscapes attractive. Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners efficiently and safely. Use power tools like hedge trimmers and blowers. Assist with irrigation system checks and adjustments to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting new greenery and replacing damaged plants or features. Support general groundskeeping tasks such as trash removal, soil preparation, and minor repairs to landscape features. Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is required. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care and soil management is a plus. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely is essential. Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces in excellent condition. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed.
