Landscaper Salary:

$14.00 - $19.00 / hour About the Role We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our grounds maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you will perform day-to-day landscaping duties including lawn care, planting, pruning, grounds cleanup, and hardscape maintenance. You will work as part of a crew to ensure residential and commercial properties remain healthy, well-groomed, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities Lawn Care & Mowing:

Operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and leaf blowers to maintain lawns, turf edges, and outdoor pathways.

Grounds Cleanup:

Rake leaves, clear debris, empty outdoor trash receptacles, and assist with seasonal leaf removal or winter snow clearing where applicable.

Equipment Care:

Perform basic preventative maintenance on hand tools and power equipment (checking oil, sharpening blades, cleaning equipment after use).

Qualifications Experience:

No previous experience required. Must be willing to learn and become comfortable with operating a backhoe.

Skills:

Proficiency in operating commercial power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers). Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record preferred. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to perform physically demanding labor. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the workday. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

Pay:

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
