Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for gardening and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a well-maintained appearance. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain safe access to properties. Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed. Collaborate with team members to build and maintain garden structures or features. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Follow safety protocols at all times while performing duties. Skills Experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care. Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping tasks. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy materials. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
