We are looking for an experienced, dependable landscaper with strong hands-on experience in hardscape and general landscaping work. Applicants should have experience with a variety of hardscape projects, including paver installation, walkways, patios, retaining walls, borders, gravel, grading, excavation, base preparation, concrete-related prep, and other outdoor construction work. Irrigation experience is also strongly preferred, including installation, repairs, and basic troubleshooting. We need someone who is hardworking, reliable, and willing to stay productive throughout the workday. This is a physical outdoor position, and we are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows directions, works well with the crew, and understands that there is always something to be done on a jobsite. Applicants should be comfortable lifting heavy materials, using landscaping and construction tools, working in Arizona weather, and completing projects efficiently without sacrificing quality. We are a newer, growing landscaping business, so the amount of available work may fluctuate depending on the projects we have scheduled. There may be weeks with steady work and other times when hours or days are limited. We want applicants to understand this upfront and be comfortable with a schedule that may vary as the business continues to grow. Previous professional landscaping or hardscape experience is required. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands this type of work and can contribute to the crew without needing constant supervision.
