We specialize in landscape maintenance, irrigation, hardscape installation, and landscape construction throughout the Valley. We're looking for team members who take pride in their work, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, show up on time, and bring a positive attitude every day. We service many customers daily, so working efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship is essential. Whether you have years of experience or are eager to learn, we're willing to train motivated individuals who want to grow with our company. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, pruning, planting, and cleanup Install plants, trees, irrigation, and landscape materials Assist with paver, hardscape, and landscape construction projects Safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools Maintain clean, organized job sites Work efficiently as part of a team while delivering quality workmanship Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work every day Dependable and punctual. Being on time is a must. Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in Arizona's heat Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Landscaping experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person.
