If you take pride in immaculate turf, enjoy working outdoors, notice the little details others overlook, and want to be part of a team that takes tremendous pride in its work, we want to meet you. ⛳ What You'll Do As a Greenskeeper, you'll play an important role in maintaining the exceptional playing conditions our members and guests expect.

Your day may include:

Mowing and maintaining greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounding areas Operating and maintaining turf and grounds equipment Assisting with irrigation, watering, and course setup Performing edging, trimming, blowing, raking, and general course maintenance Helping with aerification, fertilization, topdressing, and other turf-care projects Maintaining bunkers and keeping course features clean and presentation-ready Identifying turf, irrigation, or course conditions that need attention Working as part of a highly motivated team to prepare the course for daily play Taking pride in the small details that make a great golf course exceptional What We're Looking For You don't need to have years of golf-course experience to succeed here. We're looking for someone who brings: A strong work ethic and dependable attitude Pride in doing quality work A willingness to learn and develop new skills The ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Attention to detail and a team-first mindset Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous golf course, landscaping, turf, irrigation, or grounds experience is a plus—but not required for the right person ⭐ Why FireRock?
