This position involves hands-on outdoor work including troubleshooting irrigation systems, repairing leaks, installing drip and sprinkler systems, planting trees and shrubs, installing decorative rock, and preparing job sites for landscape projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools and equipment, can follow directions while also working independently, and takes pride in completing clean, quality work. We are looking for someone reliable who works well with a crew, respects customers' properties, and is willing to help with general landscape maintenance when needed. Experience is preferred, but we value someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work. Duties Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation and drip systems Locate irrigation leaks and replace damaged valves, sprinkler heads, emitters, PVC, poly tubing, and irrigation lines Prepare job sites for landscape installation projects Plant trees, shrubs, and other plants according to project plans Install decorative rock, gravel, edging, and other landscape materials Dig trenches and perform physical outdoor labor as needed Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for each job Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Keep company trucks, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Communicate with the crew leader about job progress, materials needed, and any problems found on site Assist with general landscape maintenance when installation work is not scheduled Skills Previous hands-on experience with irrigation repair and landscape installation preferred Ability to identify and repair common irrigation and drip-system problems Familiarity with PVC pipe, poly tubing, valves, irrigation timers, sprinkler heads, and drip systems Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Able to take measurements and follow installation instructions Strong attention to detail and respect for customers' properties Able to work independently and efficiently as part of a crew Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work outdoors in Arizona weather Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred English is not required; Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member with experience in irrigation repair and landscape installation.
