JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily blowing of parking lots, sidewalks, and patios using backpack leaf blower Daily upkeep of plants, flower beds, pots, and gravel areas Pressure Washing Sidewalks & Patios as needed. Planting Flowersď Trees, other plants as needed. Planting artificial plants, replacing artificial plants/flowers. Cleaning Fountain Weekly Exterior touch-up painting as needed. Assist in other types of service, within limits, such as: replace light bulbs for outside lighting, trash removal, porter duties. Other related duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires physical ability to work outdoors in the sun & heat for extended periods, including carrying 80lbs backpack blower daily!
• Must have a valid AZ Driver's License
• Knowledge of mixing oil/gas for leaf blower, etc.
• Knowledge of Safe operation of gardening equipment & tools.

Chateau Luxe is a luxury North Phoenix Event Venue hosting weddings, corporate conferences, and other events. This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds ensuring a neat and orderly appearance of the facility, blowing debris, planting flowers, pruning and trimming of all plants.
