Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew member to assist our landscaping install team and ensure the successful execution of various landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the outdoors, and a comprehensive understanding of landscape install practices. This role involves ensuring high-quality work in rock installation, irrigation, tree planting and pavers. Responsibilities This role is a working with a team of installation crew members. Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including paver install, rock install, irrigation, and tree planting. Ensure the proper use of tools and equipment for groundskeeping activities. Train crew members on best practices for landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with management on project planning and resource allocation. Experience Proven experience in landscaping or install roles with a focus on landscape installation. Knowledge of landscape installation. Ability to build structures or features within landscapes is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. A commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality and safety in all landscaping activities.
