As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring that our clients' landscapes are healthy and visually appealing. Mountain Country Landscaping is a husband-and-wife owned, veteran-operated business proudly serving the Prescott area. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Assist with irrigation tasks to promote healthy plant growth and maintain landscape aesthetics. Engage in groundskeeping activities such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to enhance the health and appearance of trees on the property. Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with the upkeep of landscaping equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscape management. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
