We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our landscape maintenance team in the Queen Creek and East Valley area. This is a full-time, hands-on outdoor position maintaining high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are looking for people who show up consistently, work hard, take pride in their work, and want an opportunity to grow with the company.

Responsibilities include:

Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing General landscape cleanup Weed removal and control Shrub and plant maintenance Basic irrigation work and repairs Maintaining clean, professional-looking properties Assisting with landscape projects and enhancements as needed Properly using and caring for landscape equipment What we're looking for: Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred Dependable and able to show up consistently Willing to learn and be trained Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona conditions Able to perform physical labor throughout the workday Able to work well as part of a crew Attention to detail and pride in quality work English fluency is not required.
