Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and healthy. This role requires a combination of technical skills in landscape maintenance, tree care, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Technician will work closely with clients to meet their landscaping needs while adhering to safety standards and best practices. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Irrigate gardens and landscapes effectively to promote healthy plant growth. Execute tree care duties such as pruning, planting, and health assessments. Build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain garden beds by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas requiring attention or improvement. Operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality results. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred. Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques is a plus. Familiarity with tree care practices and hardscape installation methods. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
