Experienced Palm Climber — On-Call with Opportunity for Full-Time Harmony Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Palm Climber to join our team on an on-call/as-needed basis , with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right person. We are specifically seeking someone who has a minimum of 3 years of professional experience climbing and trimming palm trees , including safely working on 30-foot+ palms . This is an opportunity for an experienced climber who takes pride in their work, values safety and quality, and wants to become part of a professional landscaping company that is continuing to grow. What You'll Be Doing Climbing and trimming 30-foot and taller palm trees Removing dead fronds, seed pods, boots, and other unwanted growth Performing proper palm maintenance and pruning Safely using climbing equipment, ropes, harnesses, and tree-trimming equipment Performing additional tree work when needed Maintaining a clean and organized work area Working safely and efficiently while protecting our clients' properties Working alongside our landscaping crews and following company procedures Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of professional palm-climbing experience Proven experience safely climbing and trimming 30+ foot palm trees Strong knowledge of proper palm pruning and trimming practices Tree-climbing/arborist certifications are strongly preferred Any applicable ISA, arborist, aerial rescue, CPR/First Aid, or other relevant certifications are a plus Comfortable working at heights and in Arizona's demanding outdoor conditions Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and safety-conscious Must be able to work independently while also being a strong team player Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We're Looking For At Harmony Landscaping, quality matters .
