Job Description

Irrigation & Garden Installer (Technician) — Tucson We're a growing, design-focused garden and irrigation company in the Tucson area looking for an installer technician to join our install team. This isn't a lead position and you don't need to already know everything. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to eventually run your own crew. You'll be working directly under our lead technicians, learning our systems and standards from the ground up, and taking on more responsibility as you prove you can handle it. We're also not just an irrigation company. Alongside full irrigation systems, we build and install raised-bed and in-ground vegetable gardens, fruit tree plantings, and complete edible landscapes. If growing food in the desert sounds interesting to you, you'll like this work. What you'll be doing: Assisting our lead technicians on full irrigation installs: mainline, valve manifolds, valve boxes, controllers, drip and spray zones Building and installing vegetable gardens, raised beds, and fruit tree systems Trenching, plumbing, setting valve boxes, and running lines to our standard Learning controller programming and wiring, including smart controllers Site prep, soil work, mulching, and cleanup that leaves a property looking better than we found it Taking ownership of the quality of what you put in the ground What we're looking for: Reliable transportation is non negotiable Someone who works hard and shows up on time, every time Some hands-on experience is a plus (irrigation, landscape, plumbing, construction, or farm work), but attitude and work ethic matter most Physically capable of real labor in Arizona conditions Genuinely wants to build a skill, not just collect a paycheck Coachable, willing to do it our way, and willing to ask questions Takes pride in clean, serviceable work that still looks right when the box is opened five years from now Reliable and good to be around. We're a small crew and we spend all day together.
What we offer:
Initial video interview and then a paid working interview if you advance Real growth potential. As you develop yours skills and move towards lead technician skill level, pay increases significantly, with the potential for benefits as the company grows Hands-on training from experienced lead techs who actually want to teach you Steady, year-round work. We're booked out and turning projects away. A small, tight crew that does quality work and takes care of each other A clear path to leading your own crew If you want to learn a real trade, work hard, and grow into a lead role with a company that's expanding, send us a quick note about yourself and why this interests you. Experience helps, but we'll train the right person.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Benefits:
