We are looking for an energetic Property Maintenance & Groundskeeper to be responsible for the oversight of a Mobile Home Community. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. Prior experience in RV or Mobile Home Park maintenance is preferred. The Maintenance position maintains the upkeep of the mobile home park community complex for the owners of the property through the property management company. This position must exercise independent judgment in the resolution of maintenance problems. This position must prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with little or no supervision. Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician Perform structural maintenance and repair to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of the property. Maintain ground maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes and hedges, removing weeds, planting flowers, raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, blowing and keeping streets clean and clear of debris and garbage. Performs cleaning, janitorial and related tasks as required. Watch for maintenance issues that may arise at Park Owned Homes (POH), clubhouse, laundry room, pool, spa, dog park, any other park amenities. Collect bids for any outside vendor jobs. Direct the maintenance work of any outside vendors. Conduct lot inspections and deliver notices. Must have gas certification qualifications and changing out gas and electrical meters. Maintain required safety logs. Must be able to manage projects. Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage. Skills for Maintenance Technician Grounds maintenance, park curb appeal experience. Painting, dry rot repair, roofing work, general appearance work, and safety work. Detail oriented. Record keeping of tools and inventory. Basic knowledge of building, electrical and equipment repairs and maintenance. Possess a valid and current driver's license. Background check and drug screen required prior to employment.
