Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure our properties remain vibrant, safe, and inviting. You'll bring your enthusiasm and expertise to create stunning landscapes that leave a lasting impression. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and watering to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools and power equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators to complete various groundskeeping tasks efficiently Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other construction elements to ensure safety and visual appeal Implement irrigation systems installation and repairs to ensure proper watering schedules for all landscaped area. Support general maintenance tasks such as soil preparation, gardening projects, and minor construction work as needed Requirements Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping or related outdoor maintenance roles Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, power tools, hand tools, and construction machinery like excavators Strong understanding of horticulture principles including plant care, tree trimming, and garden management Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively when required Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with attention to safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward landscape maintenance projects Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments that inspire!
