Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Gardener/Landscaper to build and maintain high-end residential landscapes. This role offers an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to bring creative landscaping ideas to life while ensuring the health and beauty of plants and turf. This paid position is perfect for someone who loves working with nature and takes pride in creating inviting outdoor spaces that inspire and delight. Responsibilities Maintain and care for lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features using hand tools and power tools Repair and install irrigation systems Prune, trim, weed, fertilize, and mulch landscapes to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, aerating, and leaf removal Nightlighting repair and installation Prefer employee that has his own tools, although we can provide Experience Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture or related fields is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care, and landscape maintenance techniques Hands-on experience with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers or blowers Bi lingual preferred Ability to lift at least 60 lbs. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep This position is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail oriented employee to run his own crew and manage accounts of his own.
