Earth Steward Ecology is an ecological landscape design-build company specialized in implementing CA native plant habitat, homestead development, rainwater catchment and grey water recycling in a beautiful way. We are seeking hard working and mindful technicians that want to build these projects with us in a team environment. This is a physical labor position. We do many trades including planting, plumbing, masonry, carpentry and more. The job generally requires crew to meet onsite at job locations.

A good candidate should have:

• readiness to be outside on their feet all day
• ability to work well in a team environment
• interest in learning new skills and openness to be shown how to do them
• experience in some of the above mentioned trades (not all required)
• communication skills
• reliable transportation Desired but not necessary skills, please tell us if you have any experience with the following:
• horticultural training / experience (fine pruning, arborist work)
• experience driving large vehicles, trailers or operating heavy equipment
• project management or supervisory experience Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Those with higher experience and project management interest / ability may be needed and encouraged to reach out.
