Position Overview:
As a Landscaper at LevelForm, you will be a vital part of our team responsible for ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, horticulture knowledge, and a dedication to preserving outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning. Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Apply fertilizers as needed, following environmentally friendly practices. Monitor and address irrigation needs to ensure proper hydration of plants. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscape preferences and address specific requests. Identify and address plant diseases, pests, and other landscape issues. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Uphold safety standards and environmental best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Landscaper or in a similar role. Knowledge of horticulture, plant care and landscape maintenance techniques. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety practices related to landscaping. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
