Job Description

Our client, a reputable organization in the hospitality and resort industry, is seeking a Grounds Worker to join their team. As a Grounds Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the resort operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What's the Job? Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort buildings, RV sites, and common areas. Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and HVAC systems. Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Repair and maintain resort amenities including pools, clubhouses, laundry facilities, fitness centers, and recreational areas. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. What's Needed? Previous maintenance experience in RV resorts, apartments, hotels, mobile home parks, or similar properties preferred. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts when required. What's in it for me?
