Your Role:
As a Groundskeeper at Evergreen, you'll play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and much more for our community. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain community grounds including walkways, parking lots, and common areas Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions Must be available to work weekends ( days off: Wednesday and Thursday ) Valid driver's license preferred Must pass a background check and drug screening Please note: This posting is a summary of the role's primary duties.
