As a Groundskeeper, you will be an essential part of the grounds maintenance department supporting daily operations and special events. AM What's the Job? Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants to ensure a pristine appearance. Plant, water, fertilize, prune, weed, and cultivate landscaping materials to promote healthy growth. Mow and edge lawns using manual and powered equipment for a well-manicured look. Assist with irrigation installation, drainage work, and basic repairs to support landscape health. Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, tillers, clippers, edgers, tractors, and utility vehicles safely and efficiently. What's Needed? Ability to operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment responsibly. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
