In this role, you will be responsible for keeping customer outdoor spaces, lawns, and gardens manicured, healthy, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high-quality work, and safely operates standard landscaping equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities Lawn Care:

Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, weed-eating, and leaf blowing.

Garden Bed Upkeep:

Hand-weed flower beds, apply mulch, and maintain soil and ground covers.

Pruning & Trimming:

Properly trim and shape hedges, shrubs, and low tree branches to maintain growth and appearance.

Property Cleanups:

Conduct seasonal cleanups by removing fallen leaves, dead plant material, and debris from walkways and lawns.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate and perform basic maintenance checks on equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, and leaf blowers.

Irrigation Monitoring:

Assist with basic hand-watering and report any noticed irrigation breaks or leaks.

Requirements and Qualifications Experience:

1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential landscape maintenance preferred.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet, bending and squatting for long periods.

Weather Adaptability:

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including summer heat and light rain.

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently as part of a crew.

License:

A valid driver's license is preferred to drive crew trucks but not mandatory.
