This is an entry-level field opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning practical landscaping skills as part of a team. You will work alongside experienced crew members and leaders while building your skills in landscape installation, enhancement, irrigation support, and site care. Help install and enhance landscapes at commercial client properties. Prepare work areas, remove debris, and organize materials for installation projects. Assist with planting trees and plants, trenching, irrigation support, and general groundskeeping. Load, unload, move, and stage plants, materials, tools, and equipment for daily work. About You You are dependable, ready to learn, and comfortable doing physical work outdoors. You take direction well, work safely, and enjoy contributing to a team. Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but it is not required•we are looking for people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to develop their skills. Entry-level candidates are welcome; though landscaping or outdoor labor experience is strongly preferred. Able to understand and follow work and safety directions in English or Spanish. Comfortable performing physical outdoor work, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, and gripping. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and use safe lifting practices for heavier materials. Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while using required PPE. Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback. A valid CA driver's license is preferred but not required.
