We are currently looking for individuals who have landscaping background and knowledge of:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and do physical work on a daily basis
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Able to learn by observation, instruction & correction
• Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.
• Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers.
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws.
• Gather and remove debris.
• Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
• Maintain irrigation systems, including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring.
• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
• Trim or pick flowers and clean flower beds.
• Rake, mulch, and compost leaves.
• Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools.
• Attach wires from planted trees to support stakes.

We have our contractor's license and are bonded and insured. We provided maintenance service to both residential and commercial properties in the Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. We also specialize in yard installations, irrigation system repairs and installation, demolition services, tree and shrub pruning, landscape and hardscape design in seasonal clean-ups. In terms of experience, we require a minimum of 1 year in the landscaping industry. If you have other related experience, please share that with us. We are looking for people who: 1. You have to be task oriented, able to multi-task, and stay organized at the same time. 5. Understand English, and care about their image. 6. Have a current drivers license, if not please make that clear. 7. Are passionate about landscaping in working in a customer-service oriented industry. Additional information 1. Must have your own transportation with insurance and valid California driver's license or mode of transportation is desired 2. Proof of being legal to work in the state of California 3. Experience with backing the trailer is desired. 4. Understand English. 5. Must have physical ability to perform the tasks require on the job. 6. Must provide your own jeans and boots. 7. We do not allow smoking on the job site. We are are located in San Jose near the willow Glen area. Our operating hours are onday through Friday normally between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Example:

7:00 to 3:30 or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Positions are full-time if the introductory period is completed without any issues. Our introductory period is set to allow us to work with new employees, and better understand the level of experience and knowledge.

COMPENSATION

We pay employees based on what they bring to the table. Pay rates are agreed upon, and bonuses exist for those who show that they are deserving of them. Pay is based on experience in the industry, leadership skills, communication skills, certifications, degrees/education. Details such as time period, pay rate and benefits will be discussed and agreed upon during the second interview.
