A Landscaping or Groundskeeping Worker provides landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Provides care for plants and trees including mowing, trimming and planting, and repairs driveways, walks, benches or other structures.

Qualifications are being fit, healthy, and having a good attitude. People with an active lifestyle are preferred. Payroll and employment is by the book, so you'll need to be eligible for employment in the US and we pay weekly with a proper paycheck. You must also be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. We start with a 1 week and then a 90 day probationary period to see if you are a good fit for our organization, then train and build you further from there. Some of many responsibilities include moving brush, heavy wood, chainsaw work, pruning, climbing, brush chipper operations and truck driving. Employment is restricted to people who live in the area around Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Goleta, etc. So if you don't live within this area, don't apply.
