Elk Ridge Apartments is currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team in Aurora, CO.

Position Summary:

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and landscaping, as well as the maintenance of the building and grounds around the building. This position is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean, tidy and orderly. The Groundskeeper will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Performs " Trash outs" of vacated units if needed. Details community grounds. Assists wil various task such as make-readies, cleaning storage areas, physical task such as digging holes and assist with minor routine maintenance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years of related experience and or training Groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required Elk Ridge Apartments is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
