Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be primarily responsible for all duties related to landscape maintenance and plant care. If you have a passion for working with your hands, in the earth and with others this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding
• Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs in gardens
• Monitor plant health and apply natural fertilizers or deterrents as needed
• Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools efficiently
• Assist in irrigation system setup and maintenance
• Keep garden areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute garden up keep

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or greenhouse work is a plus
• Growing knowledge of plant care throughout each season
• Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willing to drive to each residential job site
• mileage is paid
• Can receive and integrate instructions with a positive mind and can-do attitude
• Excited to grow with a team of unique individuals all developing new & additional skills
