Responsibilities Maintain garden beds by planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and watering to promote plant growth and aesthetic appeal. Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes efficiently and safely for various landscaping projects. Use power tools including trimmers and blowers to complete maintenance tasks with precision. Conduct landscape maintenance activities across multiple sites while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Skills Knowledge of gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques is helpful but not necessary. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and techniques. Pay:
