WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working as a part of a team to create a safe work environment while maintaining a high level of production—not just completing tasks, but anticipating what your crew needs next Operating chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and other equipment with confidence and care Handling rope work, rigging, and ground support on removals, or running a saw on the ground crew—depending on your skillset and goals Applying ANSI Z133.1, OSHA, and
ANSI A300
standards as second nature Driving company vehicles and operating specialized equipment as needed A small portion of your time is spent indoors completing paperwork, attending trainings, and collaborating with the crew.
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
You'll work across the north Denver-Metro area in private residences, commercial properties, and public spaces—mostly in the field where the real work happens.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
3+ months of experience working in tree care (you know the basics and you're reliable) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety Ability to speak and write in English Current DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one prior to employment We will run a Motor Vehicle Record on all applicants.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS WE'D LOVE YOU TO HAVE
Experience with chainsaws, chippers, and other specialized equipment Experience with pruning and felling techniques CDL Stump grinder operation Mechanical aptitude
