Compensation:

$21.75 - $25.00 per hour Sales bonus in addition to your hourly rate Biweekly production bonus in addition to your hourly rate

Requirements:

Good driving record with a valid driver's license Ability to work independently or as a team Must be able to lift 50 lbs, pull a 100ft hose, regularly walk 3-5 miles a day over uneven terrain, and perform physical labor outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit. United States General Responsibilities and Duties:

Drive a company vehicle in a safe manner Fertilize and apply pest controls as needed Identification of turf and pest conditions Communicate with customers and with the NaturaLawn of America team. Typical hours during the season are 7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday.
