What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals with hands-on gardening experience and solid plant knowledge—especially with Colorado's unique plant palette. This is not a lawn-mowing or weed-whacking position. We need team members who are skilled in garden maintenance and passionate about plant care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perennial and garden bed maintenance Some Pruning of shrubs and small trees Hand weeding, deadheading, and detailed plant care Planting of perennials, shrubs, and trees Minor irrigation repairs and adjustments Seasonal clean-ups (spring and fall) Mulching and soil care Maintaining a strong attention to detail in all tasks

What You'll Need:

1+ years of hands-on garden maintenance experience Horticultural knowledge, including plant care and identification Experience with shrub pruning techniques Strong attention to detail, particularly in plant health and weed control Basic knowledge of landscape construction Good customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 40 lbs safely A positive, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Why Join Sustainescapes?
