We're looking for a reliable and dependable Snow Removal Shovelers to join our team for the upcoming snow season.

Pay:

$30/hour Must be available for overnight and flexible hours Seasonal/on-call work based on snowfall and weather conditions Reliable transportation is required Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work when snow events occur Hours will vary depending on snowfall and weather conditions , so candidates must be able to respond when needed, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Snow Removal-Shoveling technician. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and accessible outdoor pathways, driveways, and parking areas during winter months by efficiently removing snow and ice. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff while supporting overall grounds maintenance efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, utilizing your physical strength and attention to safety protocols to make a tangible difference during challenging weather conditions. Duties Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces using shovels, snow blowers, or power tools Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice formation and ensure safety Monitor weather conditions to anticipate snow accumulation and respond promptly Assist with general groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping, lawn care, and plant maintenance when weather permits Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely, including hand tools, power tools, and snow plowing machinery Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor work Report any hazards or damage to property that require additional attention or repair Experience Prior outdoor work experience, especially in snow removal or groundskeeping roles Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and landscaping techniques Familiarity with the operation of groundskeeping equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, mowers, and power tools Understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Ability to work efficiently in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Join our team to help keep outdoor spaces safe and accessible during winter months!
