Position Description:
Responsible for Grounds (Janitorial) operations.
Responsibilities:
Work at the hot springs, have fun and join a team that appreciates your Ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient performance of the property. Maintaining the cleanliness standards in both guest and team member areas. Janitorial team members also act as brand ambassadors with our guests. Maintain an aesthetically pleasing, sanitary environment both indoors and outdoors in all guest view and back areas Prepare women's lockers for operation by cleaning inside and outside of each locker Prepare parking lot and property for operation by removing all trash and debris from public areas, including walkways, trash receptacles, landscaped areas, etc. Sweep all walkways and remove trash and debris from chairs, tables, and landscaped areas Empty and wipe down all property trashcans Collect and empty refuse and recyclable material throughout the property and all buildings, discarding the materials in designated dumpsters or bins Follow all SDS guidelines for all products used Maintain clean work areas and storage closest areas
Safety:
Report any unsafe actions or area or any needed repairs to your team lead/manager
Communication:
Work cooperatively with all departments and assist as necessary Perform all duties within quality and efficiency standards
Requirements:
Must be willing to work outside her zone of assignment to fulfill general property needs on occasion Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner Satisfies Iron Mountain Hot Springs' standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older Able to interpret both written & verbal instructions Available to work evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
  • This position pays $18.50/hour to $20.50/hour including supplemental tip average.
  • Starting wage is $15.50/hour
  • Tip sharing across property averages to $3.
00/hour to $4.00/hour
