Our ground crews are the foundation of every job we run, essential to the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of tree care, plant health care, and landscape services across some of Colorado's most prestigious properties. We're hiring a Ground Person who is ready to show up, work hard, and build something here.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist tree crews and PHC teams with daily field operations Support safe worksite setup, cleanup, and equipment staging Operate hand tools, blowers, rakes, and ground-level equipment Drag, chip, and process brush and debris Communicate clearly and effectively with crew leaders and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every job Follow all safety protocols and company procedures without exception Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with clients Support additional tasks as assigned to ensure efficient job completion

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds Walk, stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods Work comfortably outdoors in Colorado's variable weather: heat, cold, rain, and snow Drag brush, load debris, and operate ground-level equipment throughout the workday Work safely in proximity to loud equipment and moving machinery

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in landscaping, tree care, or outdoor labor preferred (not required) 1 year of tree care experience a plus Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a coordinated crew Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and genuine willingness to learn Safety-focused mindset and dependable attendance
