is hiring an experienced Tree Climber / Groundsman for tree removals and pruning throughout the Denver metro area. Professional tree climbing experience is required. You must be comfortable performing climbing work and contributing to all ground duties, including dragging brush, chipping, handling ropes, and cleanup. Responsibilities will vary by job and demonstrated ability. Pay and schedule $25-$30per hour, based on verified experience and demonstrated skills. Three scheduled workdays per week initially, typically 24-30 hours. 7:00 a.m. start. Opportunity to move into full-time work as production increases. Responsibilities Perform assigned climbing, pruning, and removal work safely. Assist with rigging and communicate clearly with the ground crew. Drag, load, and chip brush; move logs and debris. Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment within your training and authorization. Inspect climbing gear and equipment, identify hazards, and communicate when a task exceeds your ability. Load and unload equipment and leave customers' properties clean. Required qualifications Previous professional tree-climbing experience with a tree care company. Demonstrated knowledge of climbing systems, pruning, chainsaw safety, and rigging appropriate to the work assigned. Willingness to perform regular ground work. Reliable transportation and consistent availability for the schedule. Strong safety judgment, dependable attendance, and respectful communication. Professional references who can verify your experience and work habits. Landscaping or construction experience alone does not meet the climbing requirement. You'll work directly with the owner in a small crew, with room to take on more responsibility as the company grows.
