Job Description

A Grand Junction property management company is looking for an experienced Ground Maintenance technician.
Responsibilities include:
  • -All lawn maintenance, mowing, edging, tree trimming
  • -Maintaining irrigation system sprinklers and valves
  • -Leaf and Snow removal
  • -Cleaning all parking and common areas
  • -Equipment maintenance Candidates must have a valid driver license with no DUIs in the last 5 years.
Hours 7:30am-4:30pm

From $18.00 per hour
