Botnick Realty is looking for a groundskeeper to join our team in Littleton, CO. Our family business is in its fourth generation of leadership, and we currently own and operate over 2,000 apartments in Ohio, Georgia, and Colorado. We opened our Colorado office in 2010, and with 635 apartments in the state, and 118 more units in the pipeline, we continue to grow our operations locally. We are looking for a candidate with a willingness to learn and a team-oriented mindset. Our maintenance and grounds teams ensure that our communities are safe and comfortable places to live and are key to attracting and retaining residents. Schedule & Compensation This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that includes benefits, health/dental/vision insurance, IRA w/ 3% match, PTO, etc. Employees are eligible for a rent discount if they're interested in living on-site. Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including lunch and breaks. 750 W Belleview Ave Essential Responsibilities A Groundskeeper ensures the daily exterior and interior physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities, common areas and overall curb appeal. Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always clean and free of litter. Completes general landscaping duties to include: weeding, planting, power washing, and other duties as assigned. Assists in completing the trash out items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process. Maintains dumpster and storage areas to be clean and debris free. Assist with snow removal during winter months May assist maintenance technicians on an as needed basis. Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests and others. Qualifications Positive attitude Team player Excellent customer service skills Desire to learn and grow with a great close-knit team.
