Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mower to join our groundskeeping team. The ideal candidate will have experience with lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming. The Mower will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are well-manicured and safe for visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are physically fit. Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of power equipment, including lawn mowers, tractors, and other groundskeeping machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Perform tasks such as snow plowing, hardscaping, and irrigation as needed.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform various landscaping tasks.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical knowledge and be able to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain grounds by performing tasks such as groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and digging.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Mower or in a related field is required.
• Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Familiarity with building and hardscaping techniques.
• Experience with irrigation systems.
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry, including building and hardscaping.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
