This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors . You'll contribute to transforming landscapes into vibrant, functional environments while gaining hands-on experience with a variety of tools and techniques. Whether you're passionate about gardening, hardscape installation, or lawn care, this position provides an engaging environment where your efforts make a visible impact every day. Duties Assist with landscape tasks including, planting, clean up, construction, drive equipment, irrigation, Support irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing management to keep landscapes properly watered Perform landscape cleanup activities like debris removal, mulching, and leaf collection to maintain pristine conditions Help with hardscape projects including the installation of pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other structures Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Identify plants accurately for proper care and maintenance; assist with pest management and pesticide application as trained Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools effectively Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and groundskeeping practices Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and irrigation systems management Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong outdoor work experience with the physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and snow plowing operations (seasonal) is a plus Effective communication skills for teamwork and understanding project requirements This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
