Fall is one of our busiest and most rewarding seasons, with projects ranging from seasonal cleanups to planting, pruning, and landscape improvements. This is a physically demanding position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, stays motivated, and takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Perform seasonal landscape cleanups, including leaf removal and debris cleanup Mow, edge, trim, prune shrubs, and maintain landscape beds Install mulch, decorative rock, plants, trees, and shrubs Assist with irrigation repairs and installations Assist with hardscape projects, including patios, edging, retaining walls, and other landscape features Load, unload, and move heavy materials, tools, and equipment Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional Follow directions from the Crew Lead while working efficiently as part of a team Help maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment Follow all safety procedures Qualifications Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements This is real physical work .

Applicants must be able to:
