Bridgeport Property Services is seeking experienced landscape and outdoor-property-service subcontractors to complete residential and commercial customer projects in Bridgeport, CT and surrounding Fairfield County communities. This is a paid, project-based 1099 contractor role . It is not an hourly, salaried, or W-2 employee position . We are looking specifically for established landscaping businesses, owner-operators, and contractor crews that already have relevant experience, transportation, equipment, and the ability to complete accepted customer projects professionally. Applicants seeking hourly employment where an employer provides the vehicle, equipment, and daily work schedule should not apply. Pay Pay is project-based and established before each accepted customer job. Typical smaller lawn-care, maintenance, cleanup, and outdoor-property-service projects may range from: $200 to $1,500 per completed project Larger projects may pay more depending on: Scope of work Materials Service category Crew requirements Equipment Location Agreed project terms There is no guaranteed number of customer projects or guaranteed weekly income. Schedule This is flexible contractor work.

Contractor Requirements Applicants should:
