We're looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheck. We want someone who's dependable, motivated, and interested in building a career in the tree industry. No tree experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know—as long as you show up ready to learn and work hard every day. What You'll Do Drag brush and feed the wood chipper Assist with tree removals and pruning Operate chainsaws and other equipment (training provided) Help keep jobsites clean and safe Learn the skills needed to become a climber or bucket operator What We're Looking For Reliable and on time—every day Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather Strong work ethic—you won't be standing around Valid driver's license (CDL is a huge plus but not required) What We Offer Full-time, year-round work Paid, hands-on training Clear opportunities for raises based on performance Career path into tree climbing and aerial work Modern equipment and a professional team Work for a company that values quality, communication, and taking care of its employees

Starting Pay:
