Landscaper / Laborer - Full-Time The Growing Concern - Darien/Stamford, CT The Growing Concern is a locally owned landscaping and horticulture company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Fairfield County. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team for year-round landscape maintenance and installation work.

Responsibilities General landscape labor:

planting, mulching, edging, raking, weeding Lawn prep: grading, soil work, seeding, sod installation Shrub and tree planting; bed preparation Use of hand tools and small machinery Assist with cleanups, debris removal, and jobsite organization Follow instructions, work safely, and maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members Requirements Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Reliable transportation to job sites in Darien/Stamford Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team and follow direction Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday-Friday Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Year-round work available Growth opportunities within the company If you take pride in quality work and enjoy being outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.
