Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaping Specialist and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, plant care, and groundskeeping to create beautiful, functional environments. You will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, trees, and hardscape features while adhering to safety protocols and using a variety of tools and equipment. If you're passionate about horticulture, outdoor work, and transforming landscapes into stunning spaces, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor areas Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health. Assist with planting new greenery, installing hardscape features like pathways or patios, and maintaining existing landscape elements Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools Strong understanding of horticulture principles including plant identification and care techniques Familiarity with landscape maintenance procedures such as mowing, tree care, gardening, and hardscape installation Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your skills directly impact the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.
