Head Gardener for a Greenwich Estate A lovely private family with a beautiful Greenwich, CT estate is seeking an experienced Lead Gardener to care for their residence and grounds. You will lead a small team and perform both hands-on gardening and care/maintenance of the property, including snow removal and general exterior upkeep. This position is perfect for a seasoned professional who wants a stable year-round position for a great employer! Local candidates preferred but the family will consider relocation if it makes sense. Responsibilities Oversee and maintain all lawns, gardens, trees, flower beds, potted plants, etc. Walk and inspect the grounds daily Manage relevant contractors and vendors Manage and perform snow removal Maintain all patios, walkways, gazebos, etc. Schedule Generally, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. This role may occasionally require flexibility for some extended hours, weekends, and holidays Compensation The clients expect to pay $110-$140K per year commensurate with experience.
