We take pride in providing a welcoming, family-friendly environment and maintaining a top-quality facility for our members. Job Summary The Rink Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in keeping our ice, facilities, and grounds clean, safe, and running smoothly. This position combines hands-on maintenance, rink operations support, and direct interaction with members and guests. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, restrooms, and public areas.

Assist with ice maintenance:

edging, snow removal, and supporting Zamboni operations. Keep off-ice surfaces free of snow and ice; ensure safe, dry conditions. Perform light facility and grounds maintenance (leaf blowing, repairs, general upkeep). Monitor and report facility or equipment issues promptly. Remove snow and water during storms to maintain safe access (including early or late shifts as needed). Serve as scorekeeper during games when scheduled. Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism. Politely enforce club and safety rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older . Valid driver's license required. Prior experience in facility maintenance or ice rink operations preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in cold, wet, outdoor conditions . Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude. CPR or First Aid certification a plus (not required). Work Environment Outdoor and indoor work in cold and variable weather conditions . Physical role requiring frequent movement, lifting, and hands-on maintenance tasks. Collaborative, community-focused team environment.

Schedule:
